Product Introduction:
Containers for collecting and storing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) gas samples in environmental monitoring. The inner surface is treated with silanization passivation, which can effectively reduce the adsorption and catalytic effect on VOCs, making the analysis accurate. Mainly used for: collection and storage of gas samples, storage of standard gases in online monitoring systems, preparation of laboratory standard gases, and dilution of gas samples.
Product advantages:
1. Made of 316/316L stainless steel material, the inner surface has undergone silane inert treatment, and there is no significant adsorption of VOCs.
2. The volume is calculated using metric units, and the difference between the nominal and actual volumes is less than 1% at an ambient temperature of 20 ℃.
3. Adopting standard interfaces, compatible with all VOCs sampling, automatic sampling, and analysis equipment on the market.
4. Capable of collecting and storing unstable sulfur, nitrogen compounds, and polar (aldehydes, alcohols, esters, ketones, ethers) non-polar compounds.
5. The valve adopts maintenance free and inert treatment, with a small dead volume, which can prevent air tightness from being affected by particle blockage in the air.
Application scenarios:
1. Fixed pollution source online or sampling analysis (point source monitoring)
2. Online monitoring of unorganized emissions at the factory boundary (factory boundary station)
3. Online atmospheric monitoring (air station/atmospheric station/regional control station/national station)
4. Environmental air sampling and detection (point sampling/encrypted sampling/daily average sampling)
5. GC-MS laboratory testing of atmospheric pre concentration pretreatment for Su Ma tank sampling
